Mike's older brother, Kenny would load Mike and his brother Jeff’s bike up each week for them to race at the local track.
Mark started out his BMX career on a modified Schwinn stingray winning his beginner class his first time out in 1977.
Jay “Dr. Jay” Nolan began racing in 1980 and continues through the present
Darrell started his racing days on a Raleigh Rampar BMX bike and quickly upgraded to a SE PK Ripper following after his BMX idol Brian Pascal.

Mark the “Flying Farmer” Moody started racing around 1974 and continued racing into the early 80's.
One of the most well known Kansas riders of the late 70's, Tim Richardson was one of the first riders from the Midwest to earn a Factory sponsorship on a major team, He was picked up by the legendary BMX Products / Mongoose team in 1978.

Matt was quiet, soft-spoken and all business when the gate dropped. He was one of the first to ride for Scott's Bike Shop in Wichita Kansas, rival shop to the Bicycle-X-Change.
Mark Dohmeier started racing in 1979 at the age of 12 at Midwestern Raceway in Wichita Kansas where he took first place at his very first race. Mark moved through the ranks quickly by winning almost every race he entered and achieved the level of Expert before he had finished his first year of racing

We got the fever to race watching the races behind the old Giant store back in the mid 70’s and like many kids of our era we were inspired by the movie ”On Any Sunday” and Motocross riders like Roger Decoster and Bob Hannah.
